To standardize quality management of our suppliers, we have implemented a rigorous Supplier Qualification SOP. This process evaluates suppliers across 7 key quality aspects, ensuring effective evaluation.
Suppliers are categorized into grades A, B, and C based on product importance and demonstrated quality control. Audits are conducted every 3, 6 and 12 months respectively, addressing issues and aligning with customer requirements for continuous improvement.
We prioritize staying updated with EC and US FDA regulations, issuing monthly quality reports to suppliers for compliance.
Our suppliers' documentation and certificate management system allows us to provide clients with accurate and comprehensive online access to factory Standardized Information on Dietary Ingredients (SIDI) documentation.
